AI Doodles is a mobile application that transforms children's drawings into digital art using artificial intelligence technology. The service includes:

• Transforming user-uploaded drawings into various artistic styles
• Allowing users to save and share their transformed artwork
• Providing free and premium subscription options

User Accounts and Eligibility

Our service is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents may allow their children to use the app under their supervision.

Free Trial and Subscription

AI Doodles offers a free trial that allows users to transform up to 3 drawings. After the trial period, users may choose to subscribe to our premium service. Subscription terms and pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings.

User Content and Rights

When you upload drawings to AI Doodles:

• You retain full ownership of your original drawings and the resulting transformed artwork
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of providing our service
• We do not claim ownership of your content, but may use it to improve our AI models

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our systems
